Job summary

Galli is a streetwear brand seeking a Junior Production Manager to ensure orders move smoothly from production to dispatch. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, coordinating with tailors, vendors and internal teams, and track daily production to keep timelines.

On the production floor you’ll monitor quality checks, update tracking sheets, and escalate delays quickly. The role is hands-on and requires strong organization and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets to manage multiple

Responsibilities

• Track daily production and order status from cutting to dispatch.
• Coordinate with tailors, stitching units, printing/embroidery vendors and other production partners.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure production timelines are met.
• Maintain daily production and order tracking sheets.
• Identify production delays, quality issues and bottlenecks and escalate them quickly.
• Track vendor performance, timelines and pending work.
• Assist the Production Manager in production planning and allocation of orders.
• Conduct basic quality checks before products move to the next stage.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment/dispatch team to ensure orders are ready on time.
• Maintain accurate records of production, wastage, pending quantities and deliveries.

The Role:

As a Junior Production Manager, you’ll work closely with the Production Manager to ensure every order moves smoothly from production to final fulfillment - on time and with the right quality.

You’ll be on the ground coordinating with tailors, vendors, and internal teams, tracking daily production and making sure nothing gets stuck.

What You’ll Do:

• Track daily production and order status from cutting to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with tailors, stitching units, printing/embroidery vendors and other production partners.

• Good understanding of garment production processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple orders simultaneously.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for daily tracking.
• Someone who is hands-on, proactive and doesn't wait for problems to solve themselves.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
