Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the complete production cycle for garments and fashion products.
• Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, merchandisers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Convert approved designs and tech packs into production-ready garments.
• Prepare production timelines, Time and Action calendars, and delivery schedules.
• Source fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
• Coordinate with factories, job workers, suppliers, and production vendors.
• Negotiate costing, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and commercial terms.
• Monitor sampling, fit approvals, size sets, pre-production samples, and bulk production.
• Ensure that garments meet approved specifications, measurements, fitting, finishing, and quality standards.
• Resolve production delays, quality issues, and operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor production costs, wastage, material consumption, and overall efficiency.
• Supervise production staff and coordinate with quality-control teams.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, production status, inventory, vendor details, and delivery reports.
