Job summary

Unison International Consulting in Ahmedabad, India seeks a senior Operations/Production leader for apparel and fashion to own end-to-end operations from order confirmation to dispatch, ensuring on-time, in-quality delivery.

You will drive production planning, vendor and job-worker management, oversee warehouse, inventory accuracy, and develop MIS dashboards and KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce delays while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in Apparel/Fashion Operations, Production or Supply Chain.
• 4 to 5+ years in a senior Operations/Production leadership role.
• Strong experience in womens apparel production, multiple factories/job workers and vendors.
• Good knowledge of production planning, garment quality, inventory and warehouse operations.
• Strong Excel/MIS/ERP, vendor negotiation and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations from order confirmation to production, quality, warehouse, allocation and dispatch.
