WEVOW, a growing ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, blouses, and handcrafted jewellery, is looking for a Production Manager to lead and streamline our in-house and outsourced production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & manage end-to-end production of ethnic garments
• Supervise tailors, embroiders, and job workers
• Coordinate in-house & outsourced production
• Implement quality control at each stage
• Track raw material usage & ensure timely procurement
• Optimize production timelines and cost

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in garment manufacturing (ethnic wear preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tailoring, embroidery, and finishing
• Experience managing teams & vendors
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for production tracking
