About The Role

As a Production Merchandiser at Dressfolk, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end production operations. This role demands a strong understanding of production P&L, resource allocation, and the ability to optimize efficiency in terms of manpower and raw materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

What You\'ll Do

• Oversee and manage production planning, execution, and timelines.
• Monitor production P&L and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, fabrics, trims, and dyes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain product quality and timely delivery.
• Track production costs, wastage, and efficiency parameters.
• Build strong processes for monitoring inventory, consumption, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production/merchandising, preferably with a digital-first fashion brand.
• Strong grasp of production economics, costing, and resource planning.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of fabrics, trims, stitching, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
