Inoxcva is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize shop-floor efficiency. You will supervise fabrication, welding, and assembly, coordinating with planning, quality, stores, and procurement for smooth project execution.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on welding (TIG/MIG), knowledge of WPS/PQR, and leadership experience to drive continuous improvement, safety, and 5S on the shop floor.

Competenze

• Read engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with ASME Sec VIII and ISO quality procedures.
• Knowledge of WPS, PQR and welder qualification requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Production Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Ensure achievement of production targets in line with delivery schedules.
• Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

2. Fabrication & Assembly

• Supervise fabrication, welding, fit-up, assembly, and running gear manufacturing activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
• Monitor fabrication quality and dimensional accuracy throughout the manufacturing cycle.

3. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Procurement teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Resolve production bottlenecks and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Participate in production review meetings and provide progress updates.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to applicable international codes and standards, including ASME Sec VIII and BS EN 13094/EN 13530 as applicable.
• Monitor implementation of WPS, PQR, and welder qualification requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IMS, ISO standards, and company quality procedures.

5. Safety & Housekeeping

• Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Drive implementation of 5S and continuous improvement practices.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and skill enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes
• Ability to read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings
• Hands-on experience in TIG, MIG, and SAW welding processes
• Knowledge of WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification requirements
• Experience in skid, piping, and structural fabrication activities
• Understanding of production planning and shop floor management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
• Knowledge of quality standards, IMS, and 5S practices
• Understanding of running gear, braking systems (EBS/ABS), pneumatic suspension, and wheel alignment
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong coordination skills with internal departments, customers, and vendors
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing production teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
