Job summary

Curia India Pvt Ltd in Maharashtra seeks a Production professional to coordinate production planning and execution, manage resources and materials, and ensure GMP compliance across batches.

You'll review SOPs, drive continuous improvement, supervise plant operations, and coordinate with Marketing, Technical Services, and cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Production Planning & Execution: Prepare monthly production plans and ensure smooth batch execution to meet business and customer requirements.
• Resource & Material Management: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to ensure availability of manpower, raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
• Quality, GMP & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP/cGMP, safety standards, QMS requirements, and support internal, external, and regulatory audits with effective CAPA implementation.
• Documentation & Process Control: Review and maintain SOPs, batch records, validation documents, deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, change controls, and other quality documents.
• Plant Operations & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot production issues, monitor validation activities, drive process improvements, optimize capacity utilization, reduce costs, and enhance safety performance.
• Dispatch & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Services, and Technology Transfer teams to ensure timely dispatches, product launches, and smooth plant operations.
• Leadership & Training: Train and develop production personnel, participate in quality and safety committees, and report operational performance
