About the Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Technical Operators / Machine Operators to join our production and manufacturing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production operations while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, automotive, electronics, FMCG, packaging, or industrial operations.

• Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure efficiency.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on products and equipment.
• Identify machine faults and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and workplace standards.
• Minimize machine downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine and work area.

Technical Skills
