Job summary

Sone India is seeking a Production Head to lead and optimize production across LAN, CCTV, and cable assembly lines. The role ensures targets, quality, and delivery timelines are met while optimizing resources and reducing waste.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day production schedules for LAN, CCTV, and cable assembly lines.
• Coordinate with AM Production, Supervisors, and Operators to achieve targets.
• Monitor production output and report variances against planned targets.
• Drive efficiency improvements and reduce wastage across all production lines.
• Collaborate with QA, Stores, and Maintenance for smooth production flow.
• Ensure all production processes follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in product trials, new product introductions, and engineering changes.
• Conduct team briefings, toolbox talks, and performance reviews for production staff.
• Maintain production records, shift logs, and MIS reports.
