Job summary

ARCUS INDIA is seeking a production orders coordinator to follow up on customer and internal orders with the production team to ensure on-time delivery. You will track progress daily and coordinate with stores, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for material and clearances.

Experience in production, PPC, or order follow-up (1–3 years) and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email are required to maintain records and MIS reports. A diploma or graduate in mechanical/production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in production, PPC, or order follow‑up.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer and internal orders with the production team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track order status, production progress, and pending work daily.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for material and clearances.
• Maintain production records, order logs, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Update the production schedule and flag delays to the Production Manager.
• Keep records of material consumption, rejections, and finished goods.
• Support the production team in documentation and process compliance.
