Job summary

ANSA Decoglass Pvt. Ltd. (A Subsidiary of PGP Glass Ltd) in India is seeking a skilled production supervisor to analyze processes, monitor daily operations, and plan machine and manpower across three shifts.

The role includes training operators, coordinating with workshop teams for spares, and driving continuous improvement to reduce defects and delays while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement areas.
• Monitor production and plan machine/manpower across three shifts.
• Allocate resources including staff and materials as required.
• Coordinate spare parts planning with workshop for job changes.
• Train operators and helpers on screen making and related processes.
• Guide setup personnel on DUBIT, KAMMAN, CNC manual and KKS machines.
• Coordinate with AET, Parivartan, internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Review high-rejection jobs and take corrective action.

Job description

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor production continuously.
• To utilized Lehr and machine as per planning.
• Ability to allocate resources including staff and required materials.
• Monitoring efficiency, Quality, Production and Process parameters any abnormality found conducting brain storming section and prepared action plans for not repeating same problems.
• Planning of Daily jobs on Machine Wise and Man power in three shifts.
• Planning of required spares for job change on machine wise coordinating with work shop department.
• Training of new joining person regarding Screen making process, Organic, ceramic and UV inks, Hot foil stamping process, Lehr annealing, Precious metal inks, UV curing and Multiple impressions printing and multiple process jobs.
• Guide to setup man regarding Operation and Maintenance of DUBIT, KAMMAN, CNC MANUAL and KKS machines.
• Coordinating with AET, Parivartan, Internal audits.
• Conduct daily meeting with Operations and Maintenance Team to meet targets.
• In-process rejection analysis. rework related process rejection clean and handover to next process
• Try to alimented unwanted delay affected to production & dispatch.
• Review high rejection job and take corrective action with immediate effect.
