Job summary

Asahi India Glass Limited is seeking a Process Engineer/Senior Executive to manage production processes in our glass manufacturing facility. You will ensure smooth operation, drive safety, quality and productivity, and lead improvement initiatives across TPM, KAIZEN and 5S.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial & Production, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position is based at our manufacturing site in India.

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Good technical knowledge about machines and glass processing.
• Familiar with quality standards and systems such as TQM/TPM/TS 16949 and ISO-14001.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient production processes, meeting quality and yield targets.
• Lead continuous improvement via TPM, KAIZEN and 5S on shop floor.
• Drive process yield targets, reduce defects and wastage, and analyze root causes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safe operating practices are deployed as per SOPs and compliance to QMS/EMS systems in own area of operation & To ensure safe & accident free workplace in respective process.

Requirements

• Knowledge: Good Technical knowledge about Machines and Glass processing.
