Responsibilities

• Operate PLC to monitor tanks, reactors, and vessels to prevent overflow or contamination.
• Monitor reaction progress to ensure safe conditions and operation.
• Respond to and manage automatic alarms in the control room.
• Record data and monitor charts to streamline reactor operations and maintain quality.
• Direct Floor Operators for tasks like charging, sampling, and material transfer.
• Record and maintain batch data in QIM6 Portal.
• Maintain RM & FG documents per PPG AP standards and shifts.

Location : Dahej, Bharuch (Gujarat)

Position: Production Executive (Control Room Specialist)

Number of requirement: 14

Key Responsibilities:

• 1] Operate PLC to monitor raw material tanks, reactors, thin tanks, batch tanks, resin storage tanks and other vessels to prevent possible overflow or contamination situations.
• 2] Monitor the progress of chemical reactions in reactors to ensure safe conditions and operation.
• 3] Monitor various automatic alarms within the control room and responds to them.
• 4] Monitor charts and record various types of data to streamline reactor operations while insuring quality.
• 5] Direct and follow up with Floor Operators to perform special tasks to maintain smooth operations of the reactor and processes such as material charging, sampling, material Transfer.
• 6] Record and maintain batch data in QIM6 Portal.
• 7] Maintain all the documents of RM & FG as PPG AP standards and shall be available as per requirement of shifts .

Skills Required:

• 1] Knowledge of operating PLCs, knowledge of Rockwell will be of added advantage.
• 2] Good command on English language.
