Job Title: Operator-Plant/Production Executive/Production Supervisor
We are looking Operator- Plant /Production Executive/Production Supervisor to operate and monitor chemical plant equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and complying with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Job Purpose: To operate and monitor chemical plant equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and complying with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and process systems as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels, and take corrective action when required.
- Carry out plant start-up, shutdown, and normal operating activities.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify abnormalities, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
- Record operating parameters, production data, and shift activities accurately in logbooks or electronic systems.
- Collect process samples and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for testing.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response requirements.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing assigned duties.
- Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, incidents, and near misses to the supervisor.
- Assist maintenance personnel during planned shutdowns, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (where applicable), environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in training programs, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Require Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: - ITI, AOCP, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Instrumentation, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
- Understanding of process safety, safe chemical handling, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to read and follow operating instructions, SOPs, and work permits.
- Basic knowledge of process instruments, pumps, valves, pipelines, tanks, and utility systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, Physically fit to work in industrial plant conditions.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting are desirable.
Preferred Competencies
- Familiarity with ISO standards and EHS practices.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to respond effectively during emergency situations.
