Job summary

Lead Hr Services is seeking a Press Shop Engineer for its manufacturing operations in Sri City. The role requires 5+ years of experience in sheet metal production and proficiency with press parameters, die loading, tool setting, and troubleshooting.

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing MIS reports for the press shop, ensuring accuracy of ERP postings, and maintaining shop floor documentation such as check sheets, WI, and SOPs to monitor status and quality.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in engineering (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in press/shop production.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal production processes and die loading.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and manage production data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports related to the press shop.
• Maintain shop floor check sheets, WI, SOP, and display statuses.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate minor repairs.
• Manage ERP postings and data accuracy on the shop floor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Sheet Metal Production Process, Press Parameters, Die Loading and Tool Setting and Die Problems
• Knowledge of Product Defects, Reasons and their Counter Measures
• Knowledge of Critical to Quality Parameters
• To prepare all MIS reports related to Press shop.
• Knowledge of Spot welding & Tapping welding
• Knowledge Of Minor Repairs and troubleshooting during production
• Knowledge of ERP Posting
• To Ensure Shop floor All Check Sheet , WI , SOP, POKE YOKA Display and Updatation Status Monitoring
