Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide operators and production workers to achieve daily production targets.
• Prevent production delays and ensure schedules are met.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate manufacturing activities.
• Conduct in-process inspections as per the Quality Assurance Plan.
• Maintain process control charts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate the qualification of welders and welding procedures.
• Ensure adherence to welding standards and work instructions.
• Provide machine operators with the required drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the defined scope.
• Ensure IMS policies are documented, communicated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and address internal and external factors affecting production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.
