Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or degree in mechanical or production fields.
• 3 to 7 years of machining/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with productivity improvement and OEE monitoring.
• Knowledge of CNC and VMC programming.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational standards and engineering drawings.
• Apply quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Work with jigs and fixtures and tooling applications.
• Program CNC Lathe and VMC and maintain documentation.

• Good understanding of operational standards and engineering drawings.
• Proven problem-solving skills using quality tools and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of jigs and fixtures.
• Sound knowledge of cutting tools and tooling applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC Lathe and VMC programming.
• Familiarity with IATF standards and related documentation requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office with hands-on experience in documentation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in machining / manufacturing / automotive component industry.
• Hands-on exposure to productivity improvement, OEE monitoring, and shopfloor process optimization.
• Good knowledge of CNC and VMC programming.
• Working knowledge of shopfloor safety practice.
