Job summary

Mach Aero in Bangalore Rural seeks a production lead to manage end-to-end VMC, CNC and milling operations. You will plan and execute daily production schedules to meet delivery commitments, and lead shop floor operators, setters and support teams.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in VMC programming, GD&T, and machining calculations, with strong drawing interpretation and setup optimization abilities. PF, insurance, canteen and transportation are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in VMC programming and machining operations.
• Strong understanding of mechanical tolerances, fits, and GD&T.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform tool selection.
• Experience in setup optimization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production activities for VMC, CNC and milling.
• Plan daily production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Lead shop floor operators, setters and support teams.
• Conduct manpower planning and resource allocation.
