Job summary

The role focuses on daily production planning, monitoring contractor work, preparing reports (DPR, Bar Chart, KPI), and ensuring production targets are met with 5S in the leading area. Preferred qualifications include DME or BE Mech and 2–7 years of experience in distillery equipment, evaporators, dryers, boilers, heat

Qualifications

• DME or BE Mech required.
• 2–7 years experience in distillery, evaporator, dryer, boilers, heat exchanger or storage tank.
• Experience in contractor supervision and production planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and daily production reporting.
• Resolve contractor difficulties and follow up daily work.
• Conduct production review meetings and ensure targets are met.
• Billing follow-up and material planning with BOI/LOI/PR/PO processes.
• Prepare cutting lists and hand over to stores after drawing receipt.
• Supervise acid cleaning, stencilling and painting; maintain 5S.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Contractor Supervision, Daily Production Planning, DPR Report, Bar Chart, KPI report, Cutting List Follow-up, BOI Material Follow-up, Contractor Billing, Consumable material, Acid Cleaning & Painting Follow-up.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Production Planning.
• Daily Production Report.
• Resolving contractor difficulties and problems.
• Daily Contractor Work follows up.
• Production review meeting. Ensuring production targets.

• Handover the job to logistics department after QC clearance.
• Maintain 5S in leading area.
