Job summary

Sigma Electric in Pune is seeking a Production Engineer to lead shopfloor operations, coordinate TPM activities, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on reducing waste, implementing standardized work, and sustaining 5S practices across the plant and office facilities in Chakan.

The candidate should have 5–7 years in operations/TPM, with preferred exposure to Press Shop, CNC, and VMC machining environments. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• DME or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 5–7 years experience in operations/TPM.
• Preferred experience in Press Shop, CNC and VMC machine shop.
