Job summary

F&F International in Navi Mumbai is seeking a seasoned fabrication supervisor to oversee plate cutting, rolling, welding, assembly, and finishing stages. You will ensure welding operations comply with WPS/PQR and supervise fit-up, alignment, and accuracy of shell, head, and nozzle components.

The role requires hands-on experience with pressure vessels and familiarity with ASME VIII IX and API 650/660 standards, along with Lean/Kaizen practices to optimize fabrication workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or tanks.
• Familiarity with WPS/PQR and welding procedures.
• Knowledge of fabrication planning and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fabrication stages: plate cutting, rolling, welding, assembly, finishing.
• Oversee welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW) ensuring WPS/PQR compliance.
• Supervise fit-up, alignment, and dimensional accuracy of shell, head, tube bundle, and nozzle.
