Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve production targets within planned time and quality.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify improvements.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
• Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
• Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues; implement corrective actions.
• Improve productivity via process optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime, rejection, and production efficiency.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and raw materials.
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety on the shop floor.
