Job summary

Endlos Furniture Private Limited seeks a Production Engineer to lead furniture manufacturing at the Kuha facility on the Indore–Ahmedabad Highway, Gujarat. You will plan production, review drawings, and coordinate with design and QA to ensure feasible, high-quality output for hospitality projects.

The role requires 1–4 years in furniture production, strong knowledge of woodworking, and the ability to manage manpower while improving processes and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Furniture Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Interior Design with a production focus.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing or case goods production (1–4 years).
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, CAD files, and furniture specs.
• Knowledge of woodworking processes: cutting, joining, laminating, veneering, finishing, upholstery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage furniture production processes to ensure timely and quality output.
• Review design drawings and specifications for manufacturing feasibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate with design and QA teams to address production issues and implement design changes.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal waste.
• Monitor shop floor workflow, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain inventory control.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, workplace hygiene, and company policies.
• Supervise prototype development, custom furniture, and large-scale hospitality projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, interior fit-outs, or case goods production.
  
• Strong knowledge of woodworking processes: cutting, joining, laminating, veneering, finishing, and upholstery.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and furniture specifications.
  
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, and workflow optimization.
  
• Familiarity with furniture machinery, tools, and ERP/production software is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
