Job Summary
Dulla & Associates is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee the complete production operations of our furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent production planning abilities, and the capability to manage manpower, quality, inventory, and factory operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production and factory operations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Supervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor raw materials, inventory, and stock management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Dispatch, and Sales departments.
• Prepare production reports, operational records, and documentation.
• Optimize machine utilization and reduce production downtime.
• Ensure workplace safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Train, guide, and motivate the production team.
• Implement continuous process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
