Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking a production supervisor to lead daily assembly line operations in an HVAC and home appliance manufacturing environment. The role focuses on achieving production targets, maintaining a smooth workflow, and coordinating with maintenance for downtime reduction.

The candidate will drive line balancing, monitor WIP and schedules, and uphold safety and ISO/EHS standards, delivering consistent quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning Manufacturing
• Experience in Home Appliances Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage daily assembly line operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure smooth production flow with minimum downtime.
• Monitor WIP, production schedules, and material availability.
• Supervise operators and allocate manpower effectively.
• Perform line balancing and improve cycle time, takt time, and productivity.
• Ensure product quality and reduce rejection, rework, and scrap.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare daily production reports and monitor OEE.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, EHS and company standards.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, and CAPA.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare daily production reports and monitor OEE.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, EHS, and company standards.
