Responsibilities

• 1. Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands and targets.
• 2. Process Optimization: Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold quality.
• 3. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage operators, technicians, and supervisors; ensure safety compliance.
• 4. Quality Control: Partner with QA to ensure products meet standards and customer specs.
• 5. Resource Management: Allocate materials, machinery, and labor; monitor inventory levels.
• 6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Oversee budgets and identify cost-saving measures.
• 7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct audits.
• 8. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new production tech to boost efficiency.
