• Reducing lead times for new articles by coordinating with vendors, visiting factories, and supporting delays to ensure timely launches.

Role : Production Co-ordinator

Job Description:

• Monitoring production of articles in each stage to minimize the market complaints and a high-quality product will reach the consumer.
• Prioritizing supply of special orders such as trade show orders, export orders by passing orders to vendors as per the requirements, conducting regular follow-ups to speed up the production, co-ordinating with transportation team for timely delivery to designated locations.
• Supporting vendors on software usage by training them how to use the tools, solving their problems, and helping them whenever needed to ensure the softwares are efficiently and effectively used by them.
• Minimize the stockout days in the market by prioritizing the demand based on sales data, regular follow-ups with the vendor, closely monitoring inventory levels, thereby ensuring regular supply of products in the market against the demand.
• Minimize the lead time of new articles by conducting regular updates from vendors, visit the factory in each stage of production, supporting them for any delays, to ensure supply of newly launched articles on time.
