Job summary

Pixis, Bengaluru, is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination across design production projects. You will own scope, timelines, trackers, and deliverables to ensure brand videos, marketing collateral, and campaign assets ship on schedule.

You will track tasks, owners, and dependencies, translate client requirements into clear briefs, and maintain robust project trackers while escalating risks early to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production coordination or project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets: trackers, timelines, filters, basic formulas, pivot tables
• Highly organized with an ownership mindset and persistent follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal production projects end-to-end, tracking tasks, owners, and dependencies
• Receive scope of work and timelines from clients and stakeholders and clarify gaps before work begins
• Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for the production team
• Own the daily flow of client deliverables and track status (due, in review, approved)
• Run review and approval cycles and follow up until closed
• Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports in Excel/Sheets and share updates
• Identify bottlenecks early and elevate risks before they become issues

Role Overview

Pixis is looking for a Production Coordinator to run day-to-day coordination across production projects for our Design team. This role is the operational bridge between clients and the internal production team — owning scope, timelines, trackers, and deliverables so that brand videos, marketing collaterals, and campaign assets ship on schedule.

You will be the person who knows what is due, who owns it, and what is about to slip.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal production projects end to end - tracking tasks, owners, and dependencies, and keeping the team aligned on priorities across multiple parallel projects
• Receive scope of work and timelines from clients and stakeholders, clarify gaps, and confirm assumptions before work begins
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the production team, and communicate scope or timeline changes in both directions, early
• Own the daily flow of client deliverables - what is due, in review, approved, or pending from the client's side
• Run review and approval cycles, following up until each loop is closed
• Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports in Excel / Google Sheets, and share regular progress updates with stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks early and elevate risks or delays before they become client conversations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or client servicing
• Strong written and verbal communication - clear in documentation, confident on calls
• Working proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets: trackers, timelines, filters, basic formulas, pivot tables
• Practical scheduling and prioritisation ability across multiple concurrent projects
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ownership mindset
• Persistent on follow-ups without creating friction

• Exposure to video, creative, or post-production workflows
• Familiarity with AI-led production tools and workflows
• Experience with a project management tool (Asana, Monday, Notion, ClickUp, or Trello)
