Job summary

Evoke HR in Mumbai is seeking a technically hands-on professional to support and troubleshoot Linux/Unix based applications built on Java three-tier architectures.

The candidate should have strong Linux concepts, scripting, and exposure to real-time messaging (TCP/UDP). Knowledge of deployment, migration projects, and BFSI domain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix OS support and troubleshooting of Java-based three-tier architectures.
• Solid understanding of Linux concepts and inter-process communication.
• Exposure to real-time messaging technologies (Multicast, UDP, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of Linux commands, release methodologies, and scripting.
• Experience with Java technologies and three-tier architectures.
• Exposure to major deployment and migration projects.
• Finance domain knowledge, preferably Capital Market or BFSI.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, maintenance and operations.
• ITIL process understanding and incident/problem management using internal tools.
• Expertise in application monitoring concepts and tools.
