Job summary

Ample in Bengaluru seeks a Retail Training Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience to lead product and soft-skill training across stores nationwide. You will design engaging training modules, deliver sessions in-person and online, and ensure learners grasp key concepts about Apple products and accessories.

You will collaborate with team leads to identify training needs, measure effectiveness, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Training Experience.
• Experience with training techniques (gamification, case studies, group activities).
• Proficiency in delivering effective presentations.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel to stores PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Apple products and accessories (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and related OS software.
• Evaluate training techniques such as gamification, case studies and group activities.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs and design modules (product and soft skills).
• Assess training effectiveness via post-session evaluations with participants and managers.
• Stay updated on new training and development trends.
• Maintain records of employee training participation.
• Prepare progress reports on training outcomes.
• Deliver training to new hires in person or online via web conferencing tools.
• Deliver New Product Introduction trainings in stores and assess staff knowledge and customer interaction.

Job description

Location: Jakkur, Bangalore (5 days work from office)

Total Experience: 3+ years of Retail Training Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Well versed with Apple products, third party accessories Operating system software and devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Pulse, etc)
• Evaluate various training techniques (Eg: gamification, case studies and group activities)
• Liaise with Team leads and managers to determine training needs and design effective training modules (Product and Soft Skills) to meet enterprise parameters
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after training has been completed
• Keep up to date on new developments in the field of training and development.
• Maintain accurate records of employee participation in training programs.
• Prepare reports on the progress of employees in training programs.
• Conducting training sessions for new hires in person or online using web conferencing tools
• Carry out New Product Introduction Trainings and refreshers in stores Visit stores to assess the executives knowledge and interaction with customers
