Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive product training sessions for educators, administrators, and internal teams.
• Deliver training sessions tailored to state/provincial localization requirements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and presentations.
• Provide live demonstrations on the features and benefits of our interactive panels.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding of customers.
• Travel across assigned regions to conduct onsite training at educational institutions.
• Address queries, gather feedback, and provide post-training support.
• Participate in trainer meetings to continuously improve training strategies.
• Stay updated on new product developments and integrate them into training programs.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Product Trainer to train educators and professionals on the effective use of our interactive learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to conduct both onsite and virtual training sessions for groups of 30-40 staff members, including professors and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
