Job summary

MSX International is seeking a seasoned Product Trainer to deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training for sales teams, dealers and channel partners in India from Mumbai. The role focuses on ILMCV vehicles, their features, specs and applications, with a strong emphasis on competitive positioning and practical learning delivery.

You will develop training materials, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, assess knowledge gaps and support new product launches, updates and dealership training,

Qualifications

• BE/ B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Product Training.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle products, specifications and applications.
• Experience in training sales, dealer or field teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and digital learning tools.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning platforms is an added advantage.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate, with willingness to travel across India.

• Deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training for sales teams, dealers and channel partners.
• Support new product launches, product updates and dealership training.
• Assess product knowledge, identify capability gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
• Develop and update training presentations and other learning materials.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
