MSX International is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver technical training to client teams and channel partners. You will conduct practical sessions, ensuring deep product knowledge and hands-on learning through structured ADDIE-based programs.

Experience in the automobile sector and EV exposure are essential. You will drive comprehensive training programs, develop content, and collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining detailed training records for continuous improvement.

Formación

• 4+ years in the automobile industry with service training experience in OEM or automobile service centre.
• Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory.
• Certification in instruction or teaching is a plus.

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams/, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
• Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands-on learning experiences.
• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical)

4+ years' Experience in the Automobile Industry, Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic Expert
