Job summary

The ideal candidate holds BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile Engineering with 5+ years in commercial vehicle product training, strong presentation skills, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Product Training.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle products, specifications, aggregates and applications.
• Experience in training sales, dealer or field teams.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training on ILMCV vehicles, including features, specifications, applications, USPs and competitor positioning.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training for sales teams, dealers and channel partners.
• Support new product launches, product updates and dealership training.
• Assess product knowledge, identify capability gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
• Develop and update training presentations and other learning materials.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.

Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Additional Information

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Product Training.
• Good understanding of commercial vehicle products, specifications, aggregates and applications.
• Experience in training sales, dealer or field teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and digital learning tools.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning platforms is an added advantage.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
