Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the companys growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining a strong employer brand. This role will be required to hire for all Enabling functions in the organisation like Product, Technology, Customer Success & Leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database, track hiring metrics, and generate reports.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure successful onboarding of new hires.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
