Job summary

Infinity Learn in India is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Professional to identify, attract, and hire top talent across enabling functions including Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Leadership.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to onboarding, and build a strong employer brand while using ATS and recruitment tools to track metrics and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Preferred experience in hiring for Product, Technology or Leadership hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to onboard new hires.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best hiring practices.
