Job summary

TeamPlus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a product professional with 4–5 years of experience in cards, payments, or fintech to drive co-branded card initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to shape product strategy and delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with at least one co-branded card product, deep knowledge of card economics, and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze metrics and communicate insights.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in cards, payments, banking, fintech, consulting, or financial-services product management.
• Hands-on experience in launching or managing at least one co-branded card product is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of card products, rewards, customer journeys, product economics, and portfolio-performance metrics.
• Experience working with co-brand partners and cross-functional internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
