Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a product manager with 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably in fintech, payments, rewards, loyalty, or subscription-based products. The role involves shaping customer journeys, business rules, and settlement processes to deliver seamless experiences across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to collaborate with finance, tech, and external vendors, and excellent communication to bridge business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• 3 to 6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, rewards, loyalty, or subscription-based products.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer journeys, business rule engines, and reconciliation or settlement processes.
• Strong understanding of cashback, loyalty points, or digital gold ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, technology, product partners, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
