JOB PURPOSE:

We're seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder for product management in afintech start-up who will be responsible for the design, development, andmanagement of comprehensive Prepaid card solutions tailored for both banking and non-banking clients. This role demandsa strong grasp of the financial services sector, particularly in Prepaid card market and involves driving productinnovation, ensuring superior customer experiences, and achieving strategicbusiness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive productmanagement execution on key prepaid verticals and use cases in collaborationwith teams and cross-functional including engineering, design, compliance andmarketing.
• Analyze data toidentify and capitalize on under-penetrated programs and product lines, capturinguntapped opportunities.
• Lead the design anddevelopment process for Prepaid card products, ensuring alignment with clientrequirements. Complete ownership of PRD, validation and product performance.
• Assess data andconsumer insights to foster innovation by developing new prepaid offerings,product features, and enhancements.
• Help clients inleveraging best practices for prepaid products and use cases.
• Project manage andassume ownership of end-to-end strategic projects, executing and monitoringresults to ensure accountability and successful implementation.
• Product Development& Management of INR Prepaid Cards
• P&L responsibilityfor card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets

Requirements

DesiredQualifications/ knowledge:

• Experience as a Product Manager within thefinancial services industry, specifically focusing on Prepaid card products. Must have 2+ experience in Prepaid Card Product Managementexperience
