Xactly, backed by Vista, is hiring a Product Solutions Manager in India to shape AI-powered product solutions on the Xactly platform. You will design, build, and deliver intelligent agents and integrations, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will translate complex customer needs into scalable solutions, work with cross-functional teams across North America and India, and contribute to a marketplace of ready-to-deploy

About The Role – Product Solutions Manager

Function: Product Solutions

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that shapes the future of AI-powered product solutions at Xactly. As a member of the Product Solutions team within the Product Function, you will be focused on how we bring new solutions to market and how customers can successfully adopt them. You will design, build, and deliver intelligent agents, solution apps, and platform integrations that extend Xactly’s Sales Performance Management platform. You will collaborate across product, engineering, customer success, and partner teams to solve complex go‑to‑market challenges, accelerate customer adoption, and help define what AI‑native incentive and revenue solutions look like.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deliver AI-powered agents and solution apps on the Xactly platform — contributing to the Xactly Solution Exchange and expanding the ecosystem of ready-to-deploy customer solutions.
• Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to shape solution requirements, drive launch readiness, and ensure new capabilities translate to measurable customer outcomes.
• Develop and maintain technical solution blueprints, agent frameworks, and integration patterns that accelerate time‑to-value for customers and internal teams.
• Lead customer engagements end-to-end — from scoping and design through deployment and feedback loops — translating real-world customer use cases into repeatable, scalable solution packages.
• Collaborate with partner teams to extend Xactly solutions across enterprise ecosystems, certified integrations, and emerging AI protocols such as MCP.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing solution performance data, customer feedback, and product signals to refine agent logic, AI model behavior, and solution packaging over time.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience building or deploying AI-powered solutions, agents, or automation workflows — including hands‑on work with LLMs, agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants API), or enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to design solution architectures, write functional specs, and collaborate closely with engineering — without necessarily being a full‑stack developer.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer problems into structured, deliverable solutions in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to drive outcomes.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality solutions end‑to‑end — from initial concept through customer adoption, iteration, and scale.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains (CRM, HCM, ERP).
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), REST API integration patterns, or building connectors and apps between enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to solution exchange or marketplace models — packaging and publishing apps or integrations for broad consumption across a customer base.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional team environment with stakeholders across North America and India.
• Background in customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, technical consulting, product management) with direct involvement in pilots or proof-of-concept engagements.
