Job summary

Xactly Corporation in Bengaluru, India, seeks an Architect Forward Deployed Engineer - Adoption to drive customer adoption of Xactly products and resolve complex issues. You will design playbooks, templates, and AI agents to scale adoption, and work closely with Product Management and Engineering to improve offerings.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Architect Forward Deployed Engineer - Adoption at Xactly Corporation, you’ll be responsible for a mix of working directly with customers to improve their adoption of Xactly’s products and address issues as well as proactively establishing best practices, templates, AI agents, and playbooks to enable adoption at scale. This position will also play a key role in working with Xactly’s Product Management and Engineering teams to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.
