Job summary

Acura Solutions seeks a result-driven professional to manage Trade & FX targets across branches and channels in Mumbai. The role covers multiple branches and aligns with specific banking segments, driving FX opportunities and revenue growth.

You will analyze stock and market intelligence for decision-making, identify training needs, and implement capability-building plans. Ensure compliance, handle customer queries within TAT, and push process adherence across channels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of Trade & FX targets assigned to the branches/channels
• Takes care of about 6-12 branches and aligned with ABM of branch banking or a business segment
• Identifies the TFX opportunities in the assigned catchment/segment
• Regularly interacts with branches/channels and presents stock and market intelligence analyses
• Identifies training needs and implements a capability-building plan
• Gathers market information and competition trends to aid HO Product team in developments
• Monitors service standards/TAT and fixes gaps with HO guidance
• Responsible for the quality of accounts and compliance issues
• Ensures all customer queries/complaints are answered within the defined TAT
• Ensures branches/channels adhere to all processes and guidelines
• Responsible for the channel/team productivity

Job description

• Takes care of about 6 12 branches and mostly aligned with ABM of branch banking, OR, a particular business segment (\"like Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal etc\")
• Identifies the TFX opportunities in the assigned catchment / segment
• Regularly interacts with the branches / channels and presents the analysis of stock, market intelligence
• Identifies the training needs and puts the capability building plan in place
• Gathers the gather market information / competition trends to facilitate product developments / improvements by H O Product team
• Monitors the services standards/TAT and fixes the gaps, if any, by taking up with H.O
• Responsible for the quality of the accounts and compliance issues
• Ensures all customer queries/complaints, if any, are responded within the defined TAT
• Ensures that the branches / channels are adhered to all processes & guidelines
• Responsible for the channel / team's productivity
