Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Mumbai, Maharashtra, seeks a senior Trade Finance leader to drive NTB Trade Finance business with cross-functional support. You will lead a large team, shape strategy, and deliver results across liabilities, assets and capital deals.

The role requires exceptional leadership, market insight, and relationship-building to ensure sustained growth and compliance in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NTB Trade Finance business with Location Managers, Trade Relationship Managers, and Business Banking teams.
• Achieve annual TFX business targets through Liability, Assets, or Capital deals.
• Ensure benchmark productivity and YoY business growth.
• Identify and channel TFX opportunities in the Business Banking portfolio.
• Perform business data analytics including market, industry, risk, and compliance analyses.
• Engage with internal teams across PSB/Asset/RPC/CPC/Branch to maximize output.
• Foster capability building and career growth for the team.

Job description

• To be accountable for driving the NTB Trade Finance Business supported by Location Managers, Trade Relationship Managers, and Business Banking Across.
  
• Accountable for achieving annual TFX Business targets through Liability, Assets, or Capital deals.
  
• Ensuring benchmark productivity and YoY business growth.
  
• Identifying and channelizing TFX Business opportunities in the overall Business Banking Portfolio.
  
• Performing business data analytics involves business analysis, market analysis, industry analysis, risk analysis, compliance process adherence, and mitigation.
  
• Active engagement with internal teams across verticals (PSM /Asset/RPC/CPC/Branch) to ensure support for maximum business output.
  
• Working on capability building of the Team and stakeholders to scale up the overall business.
  
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and career growth for the team
