Job summary

Recro is seeking a Product Project Manager to drive delivery of multi-product digital platforms including RMS/OMS middleware, web, mobile, and APIs within a capital markets ecosystem.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and Infra, manage regulatory deadlines, and ensure scalable, API-first releases. This role requires deep trading workflow knowledge and disciplined execution governance to align business priorities with engineering capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of capital markets workflows (order lifecycle, settlement).
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and deployment models.
• Proven ability to manage multi-service product environments.
• Capable of handling regulatory deadlines and high-risk releases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features spanning middleware, APIs, web, mobile, and back-office systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Infra.
• Manage integrations with Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and Depositories.
• Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes.
• Define release strategy, dependency mapping, and rollback planning.
• Ensure API versioning discipline and backward compatibility.
• Track execution metrics including defect leakage and incident management.
• Align business priorities with engineering capacity through scoped planning.

We are seeking a Product Project Manager to drive delivery of multi-product digital platforms including RMS/OMS middleware, web, mobile, back-office, and open APIs within a capital markets ecosystem.

The role requires deep understanding of trading workflows, strong technical systems fluency, and disciplined execution governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features spanning middleware, APIs, web, mobile, and back-office systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Backend (Golang), Frontend (React), Mobile (Flutter), QA, DevOps, Infra.
• Manage integrations with Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, and Depositories.
• Conduct impact analysis for regulatory and exchange-driven changes.
• Define release strategy, dependency mapping, and rollback planning.
• Ensure API versioning discipline and backward compatibility.
• Track execution metrics including defect leakage, release quality, and incident management (MTTR).
• Align business priorities with engineering capacity through structured scope management.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of capital markets workflows (Order lifecycle, Margining, Settlement, DP processes).
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, database migration, and deployment models.
• Experience managing multi-service product environments.
• Proven ability to handle regulatory deadlines and high-risk releases.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Engineering, and External Entities.

• Experience with high-concurrency systems.
