Position Summary

The organization is seeking a highly qualified Product Manager – FinTech with 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience to spearhead the strategic planning, development, and expansion of enterprise financial technology solutions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise in financial technology product management, encompassing financial instruments, institutional customer requirements, digital workflows, and platform-scale engineering principles. This role requires close collaboration with technical architecture and engineering teams to synthesize complex business objectives and client requirements into scalable, robust product solutions.

The position entails end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including strategic discovery, requirements definition, architecture alignment, market deployment, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.

The incumbent will partner with cross-functional executive stakeholders across Engineering, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Business Operations, Legal, Risk, and Regulatory Compliance to ensure the delivery of secure, compliant, and highly reliable financial products.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute product vision, multi-year roadmaps, and strategic priorities aligned with corporate objectives.


• Analyze market dynamics, customer demand, and operational inefficiencies to formulate actionable enterprise product initiatives.


• Direct the end-to-end product development lifecycle from inception through go-to-market execution and post-launch governance.


• Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


• Engage closely with Engineering leadership to ensure precise technical implementation of product requirements.


• Collaborate with User Experience (UX/UI) teams to establish seamless, efficient, and enterprise-grade user journeys.


• Manage and refine the product backlog based on quantifiable business value, technical feasibility, and strategic priority.


• Partner with Quality Assurance to define test strategies, edge-case coverage, and formal acceptance criteria.


• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery streams to manage technical dependencies, mitigate risks, and fulfill deployment schedules.


• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track product adoption, transaction volume, conversion metrics, and system efficiency.


• Leverage advanced analytics, customer feedback loops, and operational intelligence to drive iterative product enhancements.


• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify strategic expansion opportunities within the global FinTech ecosystem.

A thorough understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of financial transactions—including initiation, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, exception handling, and auditing is essential.

Strong emphasis is placed on ensuring data integrity, transactional accuracy, auditability, system resilience, and compliance with information security standards.

Technical Proficiency

While hands-on software development is not required, the candidate must possess technical acumen sufficient to converse fluently with system architects, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and translate software architecture capabilities into product specifications.

Technical Expectations Include Proficiency In The Following Areas

• Comprehension of modern cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed software systems.

• Proven track record of authoring structured PRDs, technical scope documents, and enterprise system specifications.

Preferred Qualifications
