Job summary

TVS Motor in Bangalore is seeking a Product Planning professional to translate customer needs into winning product specifications and ensure timely delivery for Marketing deliverables on new product introductions and refreshes.

You will conduct consumer insights research, develop product concepts, define briefs, and coordinate signoffs across the program, brand, and cross-functional teams, tracking post-launch performance and PLC mapping against competition.

Responsibilities

• Consumer insights for NPD/refresh through secondary and primary research
• Product initiation proposal: scope, price, contribution
• Arriving at product concept/definition
• Providing product design brief
• Managing NPD consumer studies AOI signoff
• Liaising with Program team and Brand teams for necessary signoff at each DR gate
• Post launch product feedback and tracking of in-market performance
• PLC map of competition and TVSM products
