Job summary

Marico is seeking a capable NPD Launch Planner to support planning taskforces, capture detailed MOMs, and ensure timely execution of NPD timelines.

The role requires coordinating across functions, managing project networks in ZOHO or MS Project, and escalating potential delays with contingency paths. Preferred candidates hold a BE/B.Tech and MBA with 3+ years in a similar role or supply planning.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech degree with MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in a similar role or in supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning taskforces and ensure presence of the key stakeholders required for the meeting.
• Ensure MOM of the task force meeting is detailed and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure activities are executed as per NPD launch timelines and pre-empt delays with alternate paths.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to micro plan and close open points within budgeted timelines; troubleshoot and escalate if timelines forecast overruns.
• Ability to manage project networks in ZOHO or MS Project and reporting using ZOHO.
• Act as facilitator, enabler, and liaison between cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist in managing NPDs from ideation to post-launch analysis.

Role & responsibilities

NPD Launch Planning:-

• Assist with planning taskforces and ensure presence of the key stakeholders required for the meeting
• Ensure MOM of the task force meeting is detailed as per points discussed in the meeting and its communication to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure activities are executed as per NPD launch timelines defined in the taskforce meeting and pre-emptively highlight possible delays with alternative paths.
• Coordinate with the cross functional teams to micro plan and ensure open points are closed for relevant stake holder to execute respective activity within budgeted timelines. Troubleshoot and elevate in case budgeted timelines forecasted to overshoot
• Ability to manage project networks in ZOHO or MS project & reporting using ZOHO
• A facilitator, enabler, trouble shooter, a common link between cross functionals team of stakeholders. Interact with various stakeholders to resolve any existing issues.
• Assist in managing NPDs from ideation phase to post launch analysis phase

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./ B.Tech+ MBA will be added advantage
• 3+ years in a similar role or Supply Planning Role
