Job summary

TVS Motor Company is seeking a Product Planning professional for 2W to translate customer needs into winning product specifications and ensure timely delivery for Marketing deliverables on NPD and refresh projects.

The role involves consumer insights, product initiation proposals, and liaison with Program and Brand teams for each DR gate, plus post-launch performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting consumer insights through primary and secondary research.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product specifications.
• Experience coordinating with marketing and brand teams for NPD gates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer insights for new product development through primary and secondary research.
• Develop product initiation proposals including scope, price, and contribution.
• Define product concepts and provide design briefs.
• Manage NPD consumer studies and AOI signoff.
• Coordinate with program and brand teams for DR gate signoffs.
• Track post-launch performance and collect customer feedback.
• Create PLC mapping of competition and TVS products.
