Brillio is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ initiatives from Bengaluru. The role focuses on shaping the CPQ roadmap, prioritizing backlog, and delivering robust CPQ features and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in product ownership with hands-on CPQ experience, strong collaboration across engineering, QA, and business teams, and a track record of optimizing pricing and quote workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate business needs into CPQ features and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements for CPQ enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CPQ features and customizations.
• Design pricing customizations, approvals, and multi-dimensional quoting workflows.
• Configure and optimize bundles, templates, contracts, and renewals.
• Monitor CPQ performance, adoption, and drive automation initiatives.

With at least 5 years of product ownership experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ, aligning product strategy with business objectives and maximizing value delivery


• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to maintain a clear and actionable product backlog for CPQ enhancements


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to deliver robust CPQ features and customizations


• Design and implement pricing customizations, advanced approvals, and multi-dimensional quoting workflows within Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ


• Configure and optimize product bundles, quote templates, contracts, and renewals to streamline quoting processes


• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation


• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data integrity, and security protocols in all CPQ implementations


• Provide subject matter expertise on CPQ best practices, supporting training and documentation for end users
