Job summary

International Education Gateway is seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers in Hyderabad to define success metrics and track product usage. You will coordinate with Engineering to implement analytics and 3rd‑party tools, drive training and demos for Sales and Customer Success on new features, and support Marketing go‑to‑market activities for product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or Business Management.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and deriving insights.
• Experience in designing and executing A/B testing for user-centered decision making.
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.).
• Knowledge of web/mobile analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Hotjar).
• Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, LeadSquared).
• Understanding of WhatsApp Business account management, API integration, and templating.
• Strong communication, presentation and data storytelling skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Partner with Product Managers to define and track product success metrics.
• Implement product usage tracking and integrate 3rd-party MarTech and Analytics tools in coordination with Engineering.
• Drive product training and demos for Sales and Customer Success teams for new feature launches.
• Support the Marketing team with Go-to-Market strategy for product launches.
• Drive initiatives to increase product usage and adoption post-launch.
• Conduct competitor analysis, competitive landscape analysis, and benchmarking.
• Analyse features, user behaviour, and metric trends to generate actionable insights and support product decisions.
• Work cross-functionally to communicate key insights, identify product opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile-

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
• Strong command over Excel or Google Sheets to conduct data analysis and derive insights.
• Ability to design and execute A/B testing for user-centered decision making will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on working knowledge with at least one customer engagement platform like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, NetCore Smartech, etc.
• Basic working knowledge of at least one web/mobile app analytics platform like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
• Basic working knowledge of running or tracking marketing campaigns with at least one cloud-based CRM platform like Marketo, HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business account management, API integration, and template management process.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytics skills and ability to generate stories from data.
